About Mickey (Our Cat)
Mickey is an 11-year-old Scottish Fold boy (born on October 16, 2014). His “standing ears” and beautiful cream-colored tabby stripes are his trademarks. He has a gentle and affectionate personality. Currently, he lives each day to the fullest while managing both Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM).
About the Owners
We are a family of three: my husband, myself, and Mickey. Through our daily life with Mickey, we have learned and felt so much. We hope to share these experiences with fellow cat lovers around the world.
About this Blog
This blog is a record of our life with Mickey as he fights kidney and heart disease. I share details about his symptoms, veterinary visits, and the knowledge and tips we’ve gained through his daily care, aiming to support other owners who are also navigating their cats’ health challenges.
With a positive and hopeful heart, I write these stories and useful information to help everyone spend as much “irreplaceable time” as possible with their beloved cats.
